Changes Coming for 2010
VAserve.com is proud to announce several upcoming changes, both in service and corporately, for mid-2010. First, we will begin transitioning to an entirely new set of servers. We will no longer be offering specific data server locations (i.e., Washington DC, New York, California, Florida, etc). Instead, we will be allocating our customers to various locations depending on their general area preference (US East, Central, or West). This will allow us to concentrate on providing solid and reliable servers in centralized primary data centers versus relying on multiple data centers in order to provide location variety. Secondly, in keeping with our new hosting approach, we will be altering current packages and pricing to better serve our customer's needs. More information will be made available to each customer directly as we finalize plans in the near future. Finally, over the next few months, we will begin the transition away from the VAserve name and over to a new "OKserve" branding. This will serve not only to distance us from problems associated with another company that shares a similar name, but will also come more in-line with our parent company, OnKue Productions (the OK stands for OnKue), in terms of branding corporate identity. Please be assured that we at VAserve are committed to providing the best hosting possible to our clients. That is the sole reason for these changes. We hope that you will find the new OKserve a substantial improvement upon the already quality services provided by VAserve, and we look forward to continuing our relationships for many years to come. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us! ~ VAserve Accounts Center
